Springtime Fun and Self Care

As if we needed another excuse to celebrate with all our Bank Holidays in May the @4 team bring you an afternoon of networking and fun.

In true @4 style we have an afternoon of fun planned as we explore the City Centre’s new productive space which cultivates a vibrant community atmosphere - BLOCK

As you enter via the decedent reception and grab your welcome drink, be prepared to explore the stunning views and outdoor space this lovely building has to offer. As we learn more about its variety of spaces, from private offices to collaborative co-working and lounge areas. Expect to learn more about their host of perks including, yoga and fitness facilities, event spaces, barista style coffee, and two roof terraces. 

** 4:30pm sharp we will be treated to a YOGA lesson for 30 mins (so dont be late) - comfy work wear adviseable - hosted by Yoganand

We are also excited to be supporting BRACE a Bristol-based charity at the forefront of dementia research. You may not realise but Dementia affects 1 in 2 of us, and is the leading cause of death in England and Wales. BRACE is driving vital research into the causes, diagnosis, and treatment of dementia—right here locally in the South West.

Our mission will be to support them in every way, via ticket sales, donations as well as a raffle. We encourage you to dig deep as every ticket purchased, every donation given or raffle ticket bought will help them get closer to the cure that so many of our friends, colleagues and loved ones need.

And as with all things @4 we will be collaborating with Dirty Martini 🍸on location they will be providing a purchase pop up bar and hosting the @4 After Party from 7pm……would you expect anything less !
