🌟 ADHD + Acceptance🌟
Wednesday 25th February 2026
7:00pm – 9:00pm
📍 St Werburghs Community Centre, Horley Road, BS2
💷 £7 per person
☕ Hot & cold drinks + snacks included
Receiving an ADHD diagnosis often brings a lot of complicated feelings and emotions . Many adults—particularly those diagnosed later in life—have internalised years of criticism, misunderstanding, and repeated experiences of perceived failure.
This workshop will integrate evidence‑based therapeutic models to help participants:
- Understand shame through multiple therapeutic lenses
- Gently unhook from self‑critical narratives
- Develop emotional regulation and self‑compassion skills
- Move toward acceptance without minimising real challenges
Acceptance here does not mean resignation—it means acknowledging ADHD as part of one’s neurobiology while reclaiming agency, dignity, and self‑worth.
🎫 Limited spaces — booking essential.
Come learn, connect and feel seen. 💛
