Free Neurodivergent Peer Support Course (Week 5)

✨ We are launching a brand-new Free Neurodivergent Peer Support Course, designed specifically for neurodivergent adults (18+) in Bristol!

Thanks to kind funding from @QuartetCommunityFoundation, we’re creating a warm, supportive, and safe space. Guided by coaching and therapeutic principles, this is about exploring your strengths and navigating the unique challenges and opportunities of a neurodivergent mind.

🗓 When: Five weekly sessions, starting Thursday 2 July 2026, through 30 July. 7pm to 9pm.

🌿 Where: Temple Studios, Bristol Temple Quarter.

💜 Good to Know:

• Each session stands alone! Drop in for one or attend them all—whatever speaks to you.

• The approach is strengths-based, non-clinical, and coaching-led.

• No referral is needed.
