An evening with Matt Baker

'Dogs have always been part of my world - a constant presence in my life. Anywhere there was a dog became my happy place. Without even realising it, I've spent my life yearning for that connection our dogs provide.'

Matt has lived a life firmly alongside his canine companions. From Cromwell the St Bernard to famous Meg on Blue Peter, labradors to dachshunds and all the working collies on the farm, Matt's life has always been shared with dogs.

In My Dogs & Me, Matt reveals what his and our canine friendships can teach us.

Join him as he shares his favourite memories training young sheepdogs as a boy growing up in the Durham Dales, and the many companions he's curled up on the sofa with and hasn't been able to live without.

With a dog by his side through every chapter of his life, Matt explores what they have taught him about friendship and family.
