A music and entertainment festival that will raise money on behalf of Jessica's Arc - one of the many Arcs linked to the registered children's cancer charity, Alice's Arc.
This is in memory of Jessica Macqueen.
Jess, aged 8, was diagnosed with stage 4 alveolar rhabdomyosarcoma, in June 2019 having been previously fit and healthy. She sadly died 4.5 months after her diagnosis and shortly after her 9th Birthday. Having been previously located in her foot, the cancer unexpectedly spread to her brain and spine and she died on 18th October 2019.
The money raised will be donated to Alice's Arc, a charity set up to advance research into rhabdomyosarcoma, to find better treatments to lengthen and improve the quality of life of children and ultimately to find a treatment that can cure rhabdomyosarcoma.
The event will see a combination of talented local musicians and bands playing throughout the day alongside various activities such as face painting, Beat the Goalie, hair-braiding, bouncy castle, glitter tattoos and many more.
There will be a bar, cocktail stand and various food options for all tastes!
All food and drink to be purchased on site at the venue.
Please do not bring any glass bottles or glass of any kind.
No dogs.
