Monteverdi Vespers + The English Wind Consort

The Sitwell Singers are delighted that our performance of Monteverdi Vespers will be accompanied by The English Wind Consort - a group of expert musicians performing on period instruments.

This iconic piece from the early Baroque period is rarely performed because of the need for period instruments for accompaniment. We are therefore very excited to be able to include it in our 60th anniversary year as a very special event.
