Reconnect with yourself and nature by taking part in this woodland yoga session, led by Catriona Orr!
Suitable for all abilities - including beginners
Going ahead whatever the weather - please dress appropriately!
Refreshments provided, with a campfire if the weather allows!
This is our first time running an event of this sort, so any feedback on what goes well or could be improved would be much appreciated, although we'll never be able to control the weather!
Medical questionnaires will need to be filled out prior to taking part in Catriona's class. We will email this form out to everyone who books on, and it can either be returned by email or brought on the day. This is the ensure the safety of everyone taking part!
