Too much in your your veg in weekly boxes? Or maybe you are ithinking about storing away some goodness for cold winter days? Come and taste a different way. Learn how to transform essential fruit and veg into vibrant goodies, full of healthy bacteria, flavour and zest!

At Tolhurst Organic farm we only grow organic fruit and veg and yesss, autumn may feel a bit too ... full. But not when you make these tasty ferments to take you through winter!

Fruit & veg, water and salt! So bountiful!

Forth in the series of seasonal fermentation workshops using local and organic vegetables from the farm, some fruit, herbs and spices.

You will also taste and learn about fermented drinks such as Kombucha, Kwass and Soured Broth.

A half-day hands-on workshop, feast of local home-made lunch with Eastern European wisdom accents and a take-away bag of freshly set to ferment produce.

Participants are able to harvest and purchase our seasonal vegetables from the farm shop, to continue their journey into the world of fermentation at home.
